Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital

What did you learn (write key points only)?

1. My bile ducts, gallbladder, liver & kidneys are quite normal on ultrasound.
2. My retina looks normal, although my cup isnt as big as Sophie's.
3. I am still 20/20, but not so much as being 15/20.
4. When "something" can be enclosed in one's palms completely, it must be 185mL, not 240mL.
5. When a machine costs over $10M and is only available at HKSH, it must be good.

It was the usual roundish purple bin with an ashtray on the top and two big openings on the sides. One of the cleaners lifted the purple cap of the bin and set it to one side, while the other emptied the bin and replaced the plastic bags.

A young boy, about the age of four, who had just finished his ice-cream cone, ran to the side of the purple "bin". Not knowing there was no "bin" inside the "bin", he tossed a piece of tissue paper towards the opening. Failed, picked up the tissue, and succeeded the second time.

One of the cleaners, with his broom in one hand, looked as the boy ran away, and gave a smile of contentment.
